Suitable for students between 18 and 28 years who are going to stay in our country at a reasonable rate for a longer period. This is a good chance to know the city life downtown and share experiences with students from different places in the world.

Individual and double rooms are available. The apartments are very near of Instituto Picasso. There are apartments of 3 and 4 bedrooms with a living room, a kitchen and 1 or 2 bathrooms.

The living room, the kitchen, and the bathroom are shared places. The kitchen is equipped for preparing and having meals. Bedsheets and blankets (though no towels!) are provided for as well as washing machine and tv set.

Best for getting into Spanish society and culture with a nice atmosphere.

Living with a Spanish family: The Institute selects the families who accommodate our students. After interviewing the family, a member of the directing team visits the family several times, in order to get acquainted with all the family members. The main target is that the students feel at home, in decent single- or double-rooms (shared with another student) from the Institute, and with half or full board.   

Criteria for grading the family’s flat: bathroom for the student/s, Internet access, cleanliness, daylight incidence, desk, access to domestic appliance, etc…

The family is supposed to have the meal/s together with the students, and to respect non-smoking areas.

Suitable for short stays with a persona atmosphere.

This living unit is hard to find in Malaga during the summer months, as they are a not too frequent flat type, and that is why they have to be booked long before. They use to be downtown, their condition is average, their furniture rather plain, as they are headed towards high benefits within a short but top tourist season.

These apartments have bed sheets, in most cases tv set but no washing machine.

Comments:

• Accommodation is available from Sunday before the course starts until Saturday at 12 o'clock noon.
• Cleaning, gas, electricity and water costs are already included in the lodging fee.
• We ask our students for open-mindedness towards the family: They should take into consideration:

• A change of accommodation for personal reasons can be solicited to the directing team.

  The directing team selects accommodations according to the following criteria: short distance to school, incidence of daylight and natural ventilation from the exterior, furniture, domestic appliance, TV-set, kitchen equipment, etc…
